HOW DO I PAY?

PayPal is our preferred method of payments. It is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay for your goods or services online. PayPal offers buyer and seller protection should there be a problem.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE PAYPAL ACCOUNT? 

If you do not have a PayPal account, no problem.  You can still make a purchase on our site. Add your desired products to your cart and follow the checkout steps. Select PayPal as the payment method. You then will be given the chance to enter your card details in to PayPal's secure checkout in order to pay for your order. Once the payment has been made, you will then be given the opportunity to make your own PayPal account to make paying for your items in the future very easy.

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE? 

Yes. We comply with the highest level of PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards. Also, we made sure SSL is enabled at all times, so your information is always completely safe.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO GET MY PRODUCTS?

All orders are packaged and shipped the same day using USPS Priority Mail which is two business days in the US.

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?

In the event that you would like a refund of your purchase, send an email within 30 of your purchase to scott@wellnessretailers.com. Add a title of REFUND REQUEST and a brief description of your reason for needing a refund, and we will issue you a full full refund and you can keep the product.
